Welcome to Juniors Group of Companies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.juniors.group (“Website”) and all services, events, fashion shows, workshops, talent programs, competitions, registrations, and related activities offered by the Company.
By accessing the Website, registering for any event or program, making a payment, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of the Website and Services.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website, and your continued use of the Website or Services shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions.
1) Eligibility
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India to use the Website or avail any Services.
Where a participant is below sixteen (16) years of age, registration and participation must be completed by, or with the consent of, the participant’s parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to provide such consent and accept these Terms on the participant’s behalf.
2) Registration and Event Participation
Registration for any event or service shall be deemed complete only upon submission of the required information, payment of applicable fees, and confirmation by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
Participants and, where applicable, their parents or legal guardians shall provide accurate information, submit all required documents, comply with the Company’s rules and instructions, and maintain appropriate conduct during all event-related activities.
Requests to change the participation date must be submitted by email at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event date and shall be subject to the Company’s approval. Requests made between two (2) and four (4) calendar days before the event may be considered upon payment of an administrative rescheduling fee of INR 5,000. Any approved rescheduling may be adjusted for up to two (2) subsequent event seasons, subject to availability.
The Company reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, schedules, formats, or other event-related arrangements whenever reasonably necessary.
3) Payments
- All registration fees, participation charges, service fees, and other applicable charges shall be paid through the payment methods authorised by the Company.
- Participation shall not be confirmed until the applicable payment has been successfully received by the Company.
- The Company shall not be responsible for payment failures, banking delays, technical errors, or payment gateway issues beyond its reasonable control.
4) Event Changes and Force Majeure
The Company shall use reasonable efforts to conduct events as scheduled. However, the Company shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, interruption, or modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, strikes, venue unavailability, technical failures, security concerns, or other force majeure events. Where reasonably practicable, the Company may reschedule the event or offer an alternative arrangement.
5) Photography, Videography and Promotional Rights
By registering for or participating in any event organised by the Company, the participant and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian, expressly consent to the photography, videography, audio recording, and other forms of recording during the event.
The Company shall have the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and otherwise utilise such photographs, videos, recordings, names, likenesses, voice, and event-related content for advertising, publicity, marketing, promotional campaigns, social media, websites, publications, archival, and other lawful business purposes, without any further notice, approval, or compensation.
Where the participant is a minor, such consent shall be deemed to have been provided by the participant’s parent or legal guardian at the time of registration.
6) Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including text, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, designs, software, event materials, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, or commercially exploited without the Company’s prior written consent.
7) Third-Party Services
The Website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, payment gateways, or other services. Such third-party services operate independently of the Company and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Company shall not be responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party website or service, nor for any loss or damage arising from your use of such services.
8) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While the Company endeavours to maintain accurate and updated information, it does not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user’s requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Website, participation in any event, or use of the Services.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
9) Accuracy of Information
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date, it does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of such information. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove any content, services, event details, or pricing without prior notice.
10) Copyright Infringement
The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available on the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may notify the Company by sending a written notice to info@juniorsfashionweek.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Details of the allegedly infringing content, including the relevant webpage or URL;
- Your name, address, email address, and contact number;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law; and
- A statement that the information provided is true and accurate, along with your signature or that of your authorised representative.
Upon receiving a valid notice, the Company reserves the right to investigate the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, representatives, vendors, sponsors, partners, and service providers against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website or Services, violation of any law, or infringement of the rights of any third party.

The Company may collect, use, store, and process personal information for registration, event management, communication, customer support, marketing, and service delivery. Such information shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
13) Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or act in a manner that may adversely affect the Company, its reputation, participants, or business operations.
14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
