Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations and payments made through the Juniors Group of Companies website (www.juniors.group) or through any other authorised registration channel. By registering for any of our events or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is charged towards registration, personality development, grooming, event planning, administration, and other services offered by Juniors Group of Companies. All applicable fees and taxes, where applicable, are payable by the participant using the payment methods accepted by the Company.
Refund Policy
All registration fees paid to Juniors Group of Companies are non-refundable. Participants are requested to carefully review the event details and this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a payment. Requests for refunds due to change of mind, personal circumstances, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or delays caused by third-party service providers will generally not be accepted, except where required under applicable law.
Cancellation & Carry Forward
Participants or their parent/legal guardian may request cancellation of their registration at any time. Registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, if a participant is genuinely unable to attend the registered event, the Company may, at its sole discretion, allow the registration to be carried forward to the next available or upcoming event organised by Juniors Group of Companies, subject to event availability and the Company’s prevailing policies. Carry forward is not automatic, is subject to the Company’s approval, and shall not be treated as a refund, cash equivalent, or transfer of registration to another person.
Third-Party Services
The Company shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, or non-performance arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such delays or external factors shall not, by themselves, entitle the participant to a refund of the registration fee or service charges, except where required under applicable law.
Event Changes
Juniors Group of Companies reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel any event due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative event, reschedule the event, or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
